COVID-19 MASKING POLICY
To provide a safe space for the production teams, patrons and staff, Spotlight Players has set forth a masking policy in accordance with the Village Theater and CDC guidelines, and requires all members of production teams to follow them at all times inside the Village Theater. Parking at the Village Theater can be tricky at times, especially when events at the theater overlap with rehearsals for shows. The areas shaded in GREEN are spots where we are permitted to park. The area shaded in RED is the lot immediately behind the theater and is reserved for apartment residents and theater staff only. Please familiarize yourself with the GREEN spaces and only park in those.
SET CONSTRUCTION POLICY
In order to care for Spotlight Players’ property and ensure longevity of our stock of set construction materials, we have initiated a new policy to help guarantee set staples like flats and trucks enjoy a very long and productive life! Please download our Set Construction Policy here.
VIDEO AUDITION SUBMISSIONS POLICY
In an effort to accommodate the busy schedules of community members, Spotlight Players permits the submission of pre-recorded auditions for those unable to attend a specific audition in person. Please download our Video Audition Submission Policy here.
COSTUME AND PROPS INVENTORY POLICY
As a community organization, we embrace the opportunity to help support other performing groups throughout the area, as we earnestly strive for excellence within Spotlight Players. In order to facilitate that support, we frequently rent out or even sell set pieces or costumes from prior shows. If you are interested in some of our pieces, email Spotlight President Here
